The establishment of profession of human resources management is aiming at cultivating advanced professionals who master the theory and knowledge of management, economic, psychology and human resource management, etc. and are able to work as human resource managers in all levels of organizations and government, or to offer consultation services in consulting companies, or to engage themselves in academic research and teaching.
In curriculum provision and personnel training mode, the profession of human resources management mainly fosters the abilities in integrating theory with practice and keeping abreast of the latest developments from home and abroad. The objective of the profession is to assist students with mastering the basic theory of modern human resource management, to receive training in operational shills and techniques of human resource and to develop the ability of analyzing and solving the problems in the organization and human resource.
